My “Quar-Routine” (or lack thereof)

Hello my socially distanced friends and family!

What a strange time we are all experiencing! Where the best that I can do is stay at home and attempt to be productive amidst the panic. I’ve been seeing articles pop up on Facebook about how some people are staying productive and tips on how we all can be too. However, I just can’t bring myself to make a schedule.

I have never been the type of person to plan out every hour of the day or do any sort of planning. I have learned that I most definitely do not like schedule or routines. If I did the same thing every day, I would get SO bored and tired of it.

Needless to say, I don’t have a “quar-routine.”

My lack of a “quar-routine” may be because I am back home, and I have lost all motivation to do anything. School is still important to me, but my goodness, I am not enjoying doing work at home. Home has always been a place, during college, where I come to rest and forget about school. But now, those two things are forced together, and it’s been difficult for me.

I love being at home. I love school. But putting those two together just doesn’t work.

As a challenge for myself, I will create an unflinchingly rigid routine next week and try to bring back some semblance of motivation. It’s going to be hard because I know I can’t be strict with myself, but we’ll see!

I hope everyone is staying home and staying healthy! We can do this!

Thanks for reading!

P.S. Does anyone have any good recommendations on T.V. shows, movies, etc. that I can watch? I like jumping around T.V. shows/movies so I would appreciate some good ones!
